Committed to providing the best-in-class in construction quality and interior design and finishings, the following includes a partial listing of what you can expect with your Ara Macao condominium:

  • Interior doors and trim, running trim, miscellaneous millwork; panel doors and frames crafted from indigenous hardwood.
  • Custom build cabinetry shall be furnished in indigenous hardwood. Choice of one standard and two upgrades with concealed hardware and finished interior.
  • Kitchen counter will have granite surfaces of +/- 1 ¼” thickness with backsplash and finished edge detail.
  • Bath vanity tops will be solid surface counters with decorative sinks and finished faucets.
  • Flooring surfaces will be +/- 12” X 12” hard tile, locations per plan, indigenous hardwood flooring per plan.
  • Tub/shower enclosures of acrylic tub/shower components, optional acrylic whirlpool tubs per plan.
  • Kitchen appliances are designer series self-cleaning stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal and designer series stainless sink.
  • Interior railing of indigenous hardwood.
  • Two lighting packages available (Contemporary or Traditional).
  • Occupant ready: Beds, tables/chairs, sofa, dishes, and linens are standard. Two up-grade packages will be made available.
